The pressures of modern-day life can lead to breaking points or expose ineffective ways of approaching life; poor mental health often ensues, such as anxiety.
Treating the symptoms of these unwanted conditions like anxiety is very important. Still, an absence of symptoms is not the same as being mentally strong and healthy and only addressing or managing symptoms is not enough to fully engage life.
Understanding the causes of our symptoms and growing out of those ways is essential for effective, lasting change.
An absence of mental and emotional health inevitably means our inner personal lives suffer. As a result, leading more of our desired life waits or never eventuates, no matter how “successful” we are.
